The housing contract can be submitted at any time by myhousing.depaul.edu. To pay the advance of 400 $US, follow these terms: the 2020-21 housing agreement will begin on August 30, 2020. If a student moves in before this date, the housing contract will begin on the first reference day. Therefore, cancellations must be received before the first day of occupancy. If a student terminates their housing contract, the meal plan is cancelled for all future terms. The full conditions of the diet are available in section 5 of the General Conditions 2020-21. If you want to live on campus, no appointment is too late. Throughout the year, we insert students on the Lincoln Park and Loop campuses. Please note that accommodations are available for the autumn, winter and spring quarters! DePaul offers a roommate matching area as part of the housing contract process, which is recommended for new students looking for roommates.
Thanks to our new online room competition, residents have the opportunity to apply for their housing allowance with a maximum of three roommate applications (four people in total). Details of the roommate process will be communicated when you receive your room selection date. Our field of intervention works for one year to ensure that space endowments are respected. They also take care of space changes, monitor the agreement process for residents and facilitate the annual space selection process, an event for residents who wish to return to the campus apartment. Applying for campus accommodation is simple. Simply fill out the rental agreement with myhousing.depaul.edu. Be sure to read and understand the conditions that apply to your planned academic year. Once a student has been confirmed for accommodation, the cancellation fee is in progress, as indicated in section 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Students must cancel before the dates listed below so as not to be responsible for future accommodation costs. As with any relationship, we understand that you may not be ready to commit. If you do not participate in the online room selection process in June or if you have recently applied, we will keep your housing contract active from Monday 6 July to Friday 14 August. You retain the option to select campus apartments when places are available on the apartment portal.
