The Easiest Breakfast Ever

I don't typically eat breakfast. Other than a latte or a shot of espresso. And I don't think that quite counts. But, I had a single, enormous, Melogold grapfruit in my citrus box... so I fixed it up with a touch of cane sugar and about 5 minutes under the broiler. What a great way to welcome in spring,
